We seek people who deliver:
• Development of existing accounts, while achieving sales and profitability goals
• Exceptional customer service, proactively anticipating customer needs, responding quickly and efficiently
• Effective communication between order management, retailers and brands, building and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Partnership with Demand Planning to create accurate sales forecasts, consistently communicating adjustments to projections
• Implementation of strategies to improve the sell-in of key classifications and marketing programs
• Facilitation of immediate resolution of order issues with Merchandiser, Service Manager, Account Director, Account Executive, customer and warehouse
• Support of Account Executive, traveling to stores and facilitating shoe shows
• Strong understanding of retail, demand planning and territory management
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2+ years retail sales or wholesale experience
• Experience developing both field and corporate relationships
• Strong partnering and negotiating skills
• Ability to set strategy, prioritize tasks and meet competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SAP and BI experience preferred
