We seek someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning customer data into actionable insights to join our Allen Edmonds team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Analyze consumer data to create consumer profiles, segmentation, trending and response analyses
• Manage customer surveys and provide internal business partners accurate and pertinent customer insights and dashboards to guide effective decision making
• Work collaboratively across departments to understand company goals and develop customer acquisition and customer retention programs
• Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities, delivering timely reporting to inform marketing initiatives
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field
• 2+ years experience in marketing analysis or data-oriented role
• Experience in consumer research or retail sales analysis preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving & analytical skills
• Understanding of CRM strategies and web analytics platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
