We seek someone passionate about designing compelling online consumer experiences to drive sales to join our Allen Edmonds team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage online product catalog to ensure item availability, activation and appropriate product categorization
• Provide recommendations related to site improvements—Including features, functionality and capabilities—to enhance the consumer experience
• Interpret and react to inventory positions, communicating with product planning, allocation and distribution center teams to ensure availability
• Partner with financial planning and analysis teams to ensure product gross margin targets are identified and achieved
• Utilize website personalization, targeting and A/B testing tools to enable compelling, tailored online and eCommerce experiences
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• 3-5 years experience in merchandise planning, financial planning, marketing planning or related field
• Passionate about understanding and driving consumer behavior
• Highly detailed, analytical & process-oriented
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills
• Web analytics experience preferred
