We seek someone who’s analytical, results-driven and passionate about maximizing sales through effective planning to join our Allen Edmonds team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, evaluate and monitor unit plans, projections, inventory flow and promotional strategies to produce margin, maximum sales and turn metrics
• Collaborate with buying, planning and merchandising teams to proactively react to business trends and opportunities
• Routinely present recommendations through analysis to management related to driving long- and short-term business goals
• Support planning manager in building assortments, advertising validation, item management, business planning and pricing
• Exhibit initiative, looking beyond everyday business to find opportunities to maximize sales potential
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors’ degree in Business or related field
• 3-5 years’ retail planning experience in footwear, accessories and/or for Ecommerce businesses
• Prior retail merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional collaboration & communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
