Job Responsibilities:
• Drive online sales through effective and cost-efficient digital marketing campaigns
• Manage site personalization and online storefront optimization through technology and tools to enhance customer engagement
• Plan, coordinate and execute site content updates to support marketing calendar initiatives and promotions
• Analyze site usage, traffic patterns and industry trends to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rates
• Ensure copywriting is emotionally engaging and promotionally relevant, partnering with internal teams to align brand voice and business objectives
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• 5 years eCommerce, web marketing or web merchandising experience
• Experience in omnichannel online merchandising a plus
• Ability to think strategically, analytically and use data to support decisions
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
