Job Responsibilities:
• Assist cross-functional teams in the implementation of projects and initiatives affecting store programs and systems
• Act as subject matter expert for operational standards, policies, procedures and compliance requirements for our Allen Edmonds retail stores
• Partner with IT and other internal teams to support the development, testing and rollout of field system enhancements
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of store initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiency
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
• 3-5 years retail experience preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication & collaboration skills
• Strong project manager with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of JDA Point-of-Sale & RateLinx a plus
