Job Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and profitability through analysis of sales and inventory data to establish recommendations for the future buying decisions
• Partner with buyers to create and execute common strategies that maximize sales, gross margin and inventory turn
• Develop, implement and continuously improve processes and programs for pre-season and in-season financial plans and forecasts
• Review and analyze historic assortments and current product trends to optimize future assortment plans
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 5 years retail planning and merchandising experience
• Highly analytical and skilled in anticipating, troubleshooting & solving problems
• Exceptional collaboration & communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
