We seek someone who’s highly collaborative and passionate about maximizing sales through effective planning to join our Allen Edmonds team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Accurately allocate initial buys using company assortment plans
• Execute weekly replenishment to achieve category sales and lifecycle management goals
• Verify adequate stock levels for advertised products in alignment with promotional calendar
• Analyze store inventories to balance stock levels and ensure current store seasonality
• Maintain planned back stock levels at distribution centers to meet replenishment demand for stores and online sales
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years allocation or analysis experience
• Retail experience preferred
• Exceptional problem-solving, collaboration & communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
