We seek people who:
• Lead and manage creative team through strategy, ideation, conception, development and execution of creative assets
• Inspire team to emotionally connect with consumers through compelling design, copy and content
• Create relevant, engaging brand, trend and product stories that effectively build an emotional connection with the Famous Footwear brand
• Ensure consistent brand style and voice across all consumer touchpoints, including web, mobile app, in-store signage, digital media, email, direct mail & social media
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems through creative design
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Journalism, Design, Business or related field
• 10+ years experience in an ad agency or in-house creative department
• 5+ years experience managing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated business results managing digital marketing campaigns for major brands
• Proven success directing digital creative teams and strategies
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
