We seek a sales planning leader with a passion for driving topline sales and providing brand team with business insight.

We seek people who:
• Develop seasonal sales plans for the brand, translating targets and wholesale strategies into detailed financial plans for each account
• Partner with GM, Demand Planning, Product, Finance and Sales Leads on strategic sales planning initiatives, such as, annual budget process, sales incentive, financial forecast, consensus inventory buy, web inventory planning and replenishment analysis
• Maximize wholesale profit by managing VA and Co-op planning and authorizations
• Conduct account reviews to identify program risks and opportunities and inform product strategy
• Build recommended assortment by account, reviewing retail results and account strategy to influence forecast and product assortment
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 5-7 years sales planning experience
• 10 years retail and/or wholesale experience with a fashion brand preferred
• Excellent communicator, adept at building and managing relationships
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
