• Create process improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, recommend business improvements and increase efficiency
• Deliver effective written communications—including email, print & online reference materials and training tailored for specific audiences
• Provide research and resolution to issues that impact our call center agents and customers
• Seek to improve and proactively ensure a positive customer and agent experience
We seek people with the following qualifications:
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Contact center or retail experience a plus
• Exceptional writing & communication skills
• Technical problem solving aptitude, skilled at working in several applications simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with ability to successfully manage multiple projects
• Proactive, self-motivated and self-accountable
