We seek a District Sales Manager to join our team.
Accountabilities:
• Assures achievement of financial objectives
• Assures effective implementation and execution of company plans and strategies throughout assigned stores
• Assures a consistent in-store experience that supports the Brand and exceeds the Customers’ expectations
• Assures selection and retention of high caliber Associates of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences from both inside and outside the organization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5-7 years multi-unit retail management or related experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS
• Travel Frequency 50%+
