Job Responsibilities:
• Timely and accurate management, analysis and communication of wholesale and retail performance reporting to sales leadership and team
• Analysis of trends and plan variability to deliver inventory forecasts and recommendations for sustainable and profitable growth by tier and category
• Strong partnership with key department store accounts and analysis of retail performance to ensure optimal product assortment in each unique market, driving incremental wholesale and retail sales
Qualifications & Experience:
• 2-3 years experience in retail, merchandise, and financial planning of retail businesses
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data to create concise summaries and recommendations
• Strong partnering, problem solving and analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and pivot tables
• Forecasting, SAP, BI experience preferred
