We seek an energetic and collaborative Project manager with a passion for orchestrating timelines, schedules and workflow in a fast-paced creative environment to join our marketing team. This role will also focus on photo/video production planning to ensure content is being produced ahead of needs.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the marketing production schedule for all projects
• Partner with marketing and creative teams to initiate projects, effectively assigning team resources to meet established deadlines
• Facilitate weekly status meetings with marketing, creative and other partners, ensuring priorities and deadlines are aligned with strategic objectives
• Proactively anticipate and adjust internal project priorities to accommodate changing business needs and ensure on-time delivery of work
• Introduce best practices in traffic and project management and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 5 years experience in advertising agency or internal creative team preferred
• Collaborative with strong partnering skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
• Proactive, self-motivated and extremely organized
• Flexible and adaptable with a talent for balancing and meeting client, team and business needs
• Proactive problem-solver, quickly identifying issues and providing solutions
• Knowledge and experience with project management software preferred
• Excellent communication skills.
