We seek people who:
• Continually enhance the Famous Footwear Rewards loyalty program to provide rewarding brand interactions that increase customer lifetime value and retention
• Develop customer segmentation strategies and compelling, personalized communications to increase sales, purchase frequency and emotional connection with high-value customers
• Effectively utilize customer data and insights to inform strategy, targeting, communications and opportunities to enhance customer experience
• Lead strategy and execution of direct marketing tactics, including direct mail, email, and mobile, to drive in-store and online sales and further brand initiatives
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• 7-10 years experience in a data-driven retail or consumer marketing role
• 5+ years experience managing high performing teams
• Exceptional analytical & communication skills
