We seek a driven team leader with background in facilities management to join our Famous Footwear distribution center operations team in Lebanon, Tenn.

• Leadership, training, development and mentorship for direct reports, promoting continual improvement of team, processes and environment
• Support of facility operating budget and key project initiatives by validating and achieving engineered standards, exceeding daily operating goals and reducing indirect hours while maintaining service levels
• Execution of tactical day-to-day and hour-by-hour operating plans to forecast and plan product flow and adjust staffing based on volume and service level expectations
• Maintenance of a safe, secure and healthy work environment with year-over-year improvements in accident and injury statistics
• Implementation of best practices, creating a culture of participation and ownership
• Effective team-building, ensuring company policies are communicated, understood and administered
We seek people with these qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years distribution center experience preferred
• 1+ years leadership experience in roles of increasing responsibility
