We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
• 2-5 years human resources or retail leadership experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential material
• Ability to partner with internal teams to achieve positive business results
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with ability to meet deadlines amid competing demands
• Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills
