● Create a consistent, intuitive user experience and design across multiple platforms and brands
● Utilize ideation, wire framing, prototyping, storytelling, concept visualization and problem-solving skills to create effective user solutions
● Implement a user-centered approach in developing interfaces, layouts, use cases and wireframes
● Build valuable partnerships and collaborate with cross-departmental teams to research and develop technical enhancements
● Track emerging trends in the digital interface landscape, recommending new opportunities to ensure continuous improvement
We seek people with these qualifications:
● Solid grasp of fundamental visual and interactive design principles
● Strong personal accountability with ability to meet competing demands in a fast-paced environment
● Demonstrated experience evaluating user needs and developing interactive solutions
● 2+ years design experience working on solutions for iOS, Android, and/or web applications
● A portfolio of work featuring processes and visual designs with a good eye for aesthetics
● B.A. or B.S. in design or equivalent experience
