We seek a confident self-starter, passionate about delivering accurate and timely financial analysis to drive business results to join our Finance team.

We seek people who:
• Support the annual, quarterly and monthly budget and forecasting process for the Caleres brand portfolio
• Provide thorough and accurate reporting and analysis of retail metrics, gross margin, expenses and profitability to support key business partner needs
• Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of the month-end financial close process
• Streamline and automate processes and reporting to drive division financial performance
• Partner with Logistics and Finance leadership to provide visibility and understanding of metrics and trend analysis.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• Previous experience working with a Distribution or Supply Chain business area
• 1-2 years financial planning & analysis experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly collaborative and passionate about providing support to key internal partners
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Enterprise system experience (SAP BPC preferred)
