We seek a results-driven, financial analyst with a passion for driving process, influencing business partners, and improving policy to join our Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team in St Louis.

We seek people who:
• Lead the annual, quarterly and monthly budget and forecasting process for all corporate functions, including relevant and critical analysis and documentation of major variances
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices around forecasting, budgeting and management reporting; as well as automate, where applicable
• Partner with functional leaders to identify and drive cost savings across the business
• Assure accuracy and integrity of forecasting and budgeting processes.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years accounting or financial analysis experience; multi-division operations preferred
• Strong team-player with demonstrated experience working on cross-functional projects
• Experience working with Human Resources or other corporate support functions preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration attention to detail and partnering skills
• Strong ability to work with Senior level executives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Enterprise system experience in business planning and analysis; SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion preferred
