Franco Sarto has an incredible opportunity for a Specialist, Product Development to join our highly creative, forward-thinking team in New York. You’ll play an integral role in both the design and product development process for the Franco Sarto brand.

We seek people who:
• Support the development process, achieving design, quality and timeline objectives
• Request line and proto samples and enter new products in PLM system, maintaining and updating with direction from Sales & Pricing teams
• Create and maintain line sheets, quick views and proto & line specs
• Approve and compare color of master swatches and color windows
• Communicate with buyers and overseas partners, conveying status of samples and approvals
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
• 2-3 years footwear design experience required
• Strong PLM experience required
• Excellent communication, partnering & problem solving skills
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint experience required
• Demonstrated skill sketching by hand; CAD experience preferred
