• Management of efficient, accurate and on-time month-end closing processes
• Accurate and timely recording of assets, liabilities and expenses in accordance with company policies and SOX requirements
• Support of forecasting and budgets, ensuring accounts are stated accurately and balances supported with proper documentation
• Effective management of change through the development of disciplined processes and internal business relationships to meet functional and organizational goals
• Creative problem-solving, generating new ideas and process improvements, with ability to replicate successful endeavors and practices
• Creation of a collaborative environment which fosters and values partnerships, diversity and trust, while meeting and exceeding customer expectations
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Relevant accounting and accounting systems experience; retail preferred
• Strong attention to detail with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP-FI/BI/BPC experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
