Naturalizer is looking for an experienced multi-platform designer with a passion for digital, and a love for developing innovative creative content to join our team.
Founded in 1927, Naturalizer is a shoe brand with incredible heritage. And as long as we’ve been designing shoes, we’ve been designing ways to show them off to the world, and our team is responsible for developing all creative executables to do just that—in-store signage, direct mail, email, social media, paid digital, homepages and partner pages, event signage, packaging, and more. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to have their hands in it all, but has an eye on digital advancement.
Our brand reaches around the world, and as such, a love for creating compelling content with a cohesive brand voice is a must. If your design is driven by strategic decision making, and you’re energized by conceptual thinking and pushing past first ideas, this may be the opportunity for you.
We seek people with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, commercial art, visual communications, advertising, or related degree.
• 3-5 years of web or design-related experience
• Strong, diverse portfolio of creative work demonstrating skill in visual design and a passion for digital
• Strong understanding of brand identity and creating multi-channel content with a cohesive brand voice
• Collaborative with strong partnering skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
• Highly motivated, continually presenting new ideas and best practices
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop required
• Understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript preferred
• Video skills, a plus!
