We seek some who is highly detail-oriented, collaborative and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to join our Allen Edmonds team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars for multiple executives, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Assist in scheduling meetings and arranging travel
• Manage files, prepare reports and proactively assist with special projects
• Complete expense reports and process invoices
• Order office supplies, answer phones and coordinate group and team meetings
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years progressively responsible experience in an administrative support role
• Background or knowledge of footwear or retail industry preferred
• High level of professionalism, organization & attention to detail
• Excellent collaboration & communication skills
• Flexible and able to work independently while handling multiple tasks & deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
