We seek someone passionate about researching and resolving retail fraud inquiries to increase revenue and prevent loss to join our Consumer Care team.

We seek people who:
• Process and minimize fraud, making informed decisions to reduce chargebacks while maximizing revenue
• Track and identify fraud trends and risks, providing timely and meaningful analysis, coaching agents, and implementing procedures for prevention
• Partner with internal and external customers to drive performance and process improvement
• Serve as customer advocate and subject matter expert on fraud rules and ecommerce suspend process
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years order management experience
• Financial services, call center or fraud management experience preferred
• Strong logical reasoning and problem solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Resourceful, naturally taking initiative and excelling in a fast-paced environment
