• Motivate and coach teams toward operational excellence, providing timely feedback, effective training and development
• Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of business processes to support business goals and revenue objectives
• Produce, analyze and distribute key reports, collaborating with brand partners and logistics to meet brand forecasts
• Drive an outstanding customer experience to maximize business results
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination education and experience
• 5-7 years customer service or retail experience
• Demonstrated experience developing, inspiring and motivating high-performing teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexible and driven to develop innovative solutions
• Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
• Excellent partnering, relationship-building and communication skills
• SAP experience strongly preferred
