We seek someone passionate about supporting core contact center systems to optimize user experience and drive process efficiencies to join our Consumer Care team.

We seek people who:
• Provide timely administration and support for core contact center systems
• Create and maintain associate profiles, work spaces and system access
• Serve as subject matter expert and liaison for internal and external customers
• Identify and optimize system capabilities by identifying, prioritizing and
implementing change
We seek people with these qualifications:
• 2-4 years contact center or systems administration experience preferred
• Working knowledge of call center routing, ACD & IVR systems
• Experience configuring CRM database systems (Oracle RightNow, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar)
• Demonstrated ability troubleshooting retail, e-commerce and business applications & connectivity
• Ability to provide on-call support for system outages
