We seek someone who is brand focused and passionate about telling compelling stories through the visual merchandising in all of our Allen Edmonds stores. The right candidate will relish the idea of traveling the country and translating our unique brand proposition through visual storytelling while teaching our store teams brand standards and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the support of in-store marketing and visual merchandising presentation at all Allen Edmonds retail locations.
• Coordinates the implementation and execution of signage and visual promotional pieces to drive program consistency throughout all retail locations and special sales events
• Executes field requests for visual signs and visual supplies in a timely manner.
• Oversees regular maintenance at stores through extensive travel while managing special maintenance projects at the Allen-Edmonds corporate and satellite facilities.
• Collaborates with appropriate partners to coordinate set-up, take-down and product displays at wholesale and international trade show events. Similarly coordinates major out-of-store event presentations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel extensively
• 1-3 years visual merchandising experience
• Proven track record of interpreting brand stories into visual execution in retail stores
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong problem solving and innovative thinking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
