• Review work requests and support ticket system to determine prioritization, staffing requirements and allocation of resources
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain the integrity and performance of critical business systems
• Ensure the timely execution of support requests, resolving issues quickly to meet customer needs
• Supervise and develop IT resources through coaching and counseling, providing system and business expertise to develop internal talent
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems
• 5+ years related IT experience
• Demonstrated experience effectively managing or supervising teams
• Motivated to take on new challenges and follow through to completion
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer support
