We seek someone with a passion for video production and filming to join our Famous Footwear team.

• Compelling and engaging content that meets deadlines and technical and aesthetic standards.
• Innovative content that utilizes the latest technological and interactive platforms.
• A range of video production experience through staging, lighting, shooting, audio recording, and some editing (as needed).
• Footage shot with consideration to multiple, varying social media, mobile, and in-store platforms.
• Collaboration with team members to help in conceptualizing story/campaign ideas that support the brand objectives.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia or related field preferred
• 3-5 years experience in Multimedia, video production, or related field preferred
• Ability to problem solve by identifying issues and finding alternative solutions
• Ability to clearly communicate strategic intent and negotiate design/edit solutions with Creative Manager and Marketing team
• Experience with balancing and prioritizing multiple projects
• Ability to handle and assemble video, lighting, and audio gear
• Ability to organize and maintain equipment and gear
• Works well as part of a team
• Knowledge of Mac operating systems, Final Cut, Adobe Creative Suite, as well as camera operating experience required
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Video and audio editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, AfterEffects) preferred
