We seek people who:
• Partner with Rewards team during the planning process to ensure accurate, readable test design for segmentation and testing within the program
• Prepare Rewards campaign reports including redemption, response and total company sales performance
• Analyze and forecast sales and margin impact of planned promotional activities, providing insights and recommendations to the Marketing Planning team
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or related field
• 5+ years experience in marketing analysis or other analytical, data-oriented role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate key findings to leadership and internal teams
• Collaborative partner passionate about providing insights to drive business results
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
