We seek someone who’s analytical and passionate about developing email marketing programs to provide an exceptional customer experience to join our Famous Footwear Marketing team.

We seek people who:
• Manage email, SMS and mobile marketing programs, ensuring the timely launch and execution of promotional, triggered & transactional campaigns
• Achieve branding objectives, ensuring creative and copy reflect email strategy and Famous Footwear brand standards
• Monitor email campaign performance and analyze marketing database to proactively target key audiences and identify opportunities for increased engagement
• Effectively plan marketing calendars, messaging and content, and write creative briefs
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2 years email marketing experience preferred
• Proven track record increasing email revenue and improving retention
• Strong logical and critical thinking skills
• Adaptable and driven to find creative solutions to drive business results
• Experience with Salesforce Exact Target or other email service provider a plus
• Experience with relational databases, programming languages, SQL & HTML preferred
