We seek people who:
• Provide excellent customer service and timely responses for accurate setup and maintenance of customer account information
• Maintain strong partnerships with external compliance and logistics vendors and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions to compliance issues
• Identify and communicate actionable information, providing timely follow up and problem resolution to ensure current regulatory information and compliance guidance
• Establish and implement policies, processes and best practices across organization to promote compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 years SAP experience required
• 2-3 years customer service experience required
• Ability to prioritize tasks & projects and effectively meet deadlines
• Excellent collaboration & communication skills
• Strong sense of curiosity and patience for solving complex issues
• Highly self-directed, able to confidently take the lead
