We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred or equivalent work experience
• Degree in HR or advanced degree beneficial
• 10+ years of HR experience in a Retail Corporate office
• Previous experience leading compensation, shared services, talent acquisition, learning, benefits administration or other HR functional area.
• Proven success operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, complex, publicly held portfolio organization
• Exceptional influence, partnering and communication skills
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, relationship building and collaboration skills
