We seek an experienced visual merchandise leader who’s passionate about creating emotional connections with consumers and driving business through creativity to join our Naturalizer team.

We seek people who:
• Provide regular, ongoing visual merchandising direction for all Naturalizer retail divisions – flagship, concept and outlet in the U.S. and Canada – in alignment with seasonal assortment and brand strategy
• Set visual merchandising strategy to achieve consumer and commercial objectives, communicating effectively with retail operations and field teams regarding implementation
• Establish best practices and principles related to assortment display and placement, and provide ongoing direction related to implementation of fixture packages, brand and promotional sign kits, props, styling and store sets
• Actively solicit feedback from consumers and retail operations teams, providing direction to creative and marketing teams to drive continual improvement
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business or related field
• 5-7 years retail visual merchandising experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating skill in visual merchandising strategy, design and execution
• Demonstrated people management experience with ability to provide leadership, guidance and strategy to visual team
• Highly organized and solutions-driven
• Working knowledge of Adobe Create Suite (Mac)
• Ability to travel (25-50%)
