We seek a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills who’s passionate about providing technical assistance and exceptional customer service to join our Distribution Center team in Lebanon, Tenn.

We seek people who:
• Act as first point of contact for internal customers with technical questions or concerns
• Communicate with corporate IT teams and third-party resources to identify, analyze, troubleshoot and track system issues
• Provide a high level of customer service to resolve issues efficiently and accurately
• Utilize associate feedback to improve services and drive process improvement
• Deliver innovative solutions and system modifications to address and reduce customer issues
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• 1-3 years’ technical support experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to implement new methods and processes
• Passionate about growing a technology-focused career
• Available five days a week, 6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
