We seek someone eager and excited about analyzing and providing meaningful benefit program data; development of benefit plan projections, trend and metrics to join our Human Resources team.

We seek people who:
• Research benefit trends, evaluate and provide recommendations
• Participate in external benefits surveys, analyze and compile survey results
• Manage the benefit plan reporting and benefit bill payments
• Provide input and assistance with wellness related activities
• Provide valuable input for annual communication plan
• Provide presentation materials, as necessary
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years benefits plan analysis experience preferred
• Self-starter with outstanding analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to translate complex data into easily understandable and actionable information
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
• SAP report writing experience a plus and preferred
