We seek people who deliver:
• Operational management of existing accounts to achieve sales and profitability goals; entering orders and discounts, organizing samples, completing style out forms, setting up drop ship, etc.
• Exceptional customer service, proactively anticipating customer needs, responding quickly and efficiently
• Effective communication between order management, retailers and brands, building and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Follow up with accounts on inventory levels, order position, drop ship details, and suggest additional reorders and skus
• Facilitate immediate resolution of any order problems with the Merchandiser, Service Manager, Account Director, Account Executive, customer, Warehouse, or EDI Department.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 0-2+ years’ experience in retail sales or wholesale experience
• Experience developing both field and corporate relationships
• Strong partnering and negotiating skills
• Ability to set strategy, prioritize tasks and meet competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SAP and BI experience preferred
