We seek people who:
• Track and analyze annual retail sales performance, identifying in-season opportunities and making recommendations to drive growth of the Carlos Santa brand
• Develop seasonal sales plans, translating targets and wholesale strategies into financial plans
• Oversee pricing strategies, inventory levels and vendor allowances for department store partners
• Manage and maintain inventory, including web stock, dropship analysis, closeout sheets and projections
• Partner with Sales Director to estimate order margins and manage monthly shipping forecasts
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 3+ years retail or wholesale experience
• Experience in sales or sales planning
• High-energy team player with excellent communications skills
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships
• Strong analytical & creative problem-solving skills
