We seek people who:
• Develop a proactive and productive partnership and collaboration with key division functions (SVP, Logistics, General Manager, Logistics), providing actionable, forward-looking analytics and recommendations that result in enhanced business outcomes.
• Lead development, implementation and management of the financial analysis process to provide data and guidance for sounds decision making. Ensures timely communication to financial and operational partners.
• Manage the operating planning, budgeting, forecasting and ad-hoc analysis processes in order to deliver timely, realistic and accurate plans and forecasts to drive business results. Partners and collaborates with SVP, Logistics & General Managers to develop plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to drive business results partners with Logistics and Corporate Finance division management to develop actionable solutions.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science Finance, Business or Accounting required
• 5-7 years related Finance experience
• Previous Distribution Center and/or Supply Chain Finance experience required
• Ability to influence, partner and collaborate with key business partners including SVP, Logistics, General Managers and Finance Leadership.
• Experience in operating finance, financial planning & analysis, budget & forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and ability to link spreadsheets.
• Enterprise system experience, particularly related to business planning and analysis (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.) required
• Strong Business Acumen
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work with a variety of business functions and levels in an organization.
