We seek people who:
• Drive sales and profitability through analysis of sales and inventory data and provide recommendations for future buying decisions
• Develop, implement and continuously improve processes and programs for pre-season and in-season financial plans and forecasts
• Review and analyze historic assortments and product trends, applying key learnings to future assortments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives in order to maximize sales, gross margin and inventory turn
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 5+ years of retail planning and merchandising experience preferred
• Highly analytical and skilled in anticipating, troubleshooting and solving problems
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
