We seek people who:
• Conduct weekly analysis on store inventory and forecast store inventory levels to maximize sales
• Utilize assortment plans to accurately allocate initial merchandise sizes and quantities
• Maintain planned stock levels at distribution centers to meet replenishment demand for stores and our .com businesses
• Ensure adequate stock levels for advertised products in alignment with promotional calendar
• Develop partnerships with cross-functional areas to ensure execution of product vision
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 3-5 years allocation or analysis experience
• Retail experience preferred
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience in JDA Arthur planning software preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment
