We seek people who:
• Plan and direct all distribution center activities, including staffing, administration, production, performance metrics, quality and safety
• Ensure proper staffing levels for the entire shift to achieve target daily and monthly goals
• Plan and meet labor productivity standards to control expenses and meet projected budget
• Develop new and innovative strategies and processes to drive efficiency and maximize productivity
• Create and maintain a culture that fosters a positive work environment to achieve and surpass established goals
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations or related field
• 10+ years distribution center experience
• 5+ years experience leading high-preforming teams
• Demonstrated experience managing structured continuous improvement initiatives
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
• Available to work second shift Monday through Friday (3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.)
