• Act as functional expert across each area of responsibility, ensuring all processes are executed accurately and efficiently
• Ensure proper staffing levels within each department while prioritizing labor for essential functions
• Create a culture of ownership and participation, fostering a positive work environment
• Lead change management and continuous process improvement efforts in alignment with best practices
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5+ years distribution center experience
• 5+ years leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience managing structured continuous improvement initiatives
• Proactive, highly motivated and driven leader
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
• Available to work first shift Monday through Friday (6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.)
