We seek people who:
• Assist cross-functional teams in the implementation of projects and initiatives affecting store programs and systems, ensuring our store teams are able to connect with our customers
• Act as subject matter expert for operational standards, policies, procedures and compliance requirements for our Famous Footwear & Naturalizer stores
• Partner with IT and other internal teams to support the development, testing and rollout of field system enhancements
• Analyze data to evaluate the success of store initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
• 3-5 years retail experience preferred
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated, innovative problem-solver
• Excellent project management and prioritization skills with ability to meet multiple competing deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP and IBM iSeries systems a plus
