We seek someone passionate about providing strong attention to detail to ensure the highest quality standards to join our Sourcing team in Lebanon, Tennessee.

We seek people who:
• Ensure the highest quality of sample shoes within our distribution center
• Visually inspect and measure merchandise, noting discrepancies and defects
• Audit vendor merchandise using approved quality assurance procedures
• Utilize Six Sigma failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to analyze quality and provide supporting analysis reports
We seek people with these qualifications:
• High School Diploma required
• Understanding of fashion and casual shoe construction
• Previous technical shoe inspection experience preferred
• Completion of Caleres quality inspection training program required
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
