We seek an industrial logistics engineer experienced in conducting alternative analysis to design and implement automated warehouse systems and strategies as part of our new Distribution Center team in Chino, California.

• Evaluate supply chain strategies that meet long-term consumer fulfillment objectives
• Manage and implement capital, process and warehouse management system projects
• Identify barriers to performance in collaboration with leadership, develop action plans and resolve with a sense of urgency
• Act as principle owner of labor management system and staffing tools
• Lead testing and implementation of new applications and process opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in all distribution centers
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering required
• 5+ years experience working in a distribution center environment
• Strong operational background and experience working with operations team members to design and implement best practices and process improvement
• Experience supporting the launch of new warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management System (PkMS)
• Lean green belt certification preferred
• Excellent problem-solving & communication skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Access & Excel
