• Act as functional expert across each area of responsibility within the distribution center, ensuring all processes are executed accurately and efficiently
• Ensure proper staffing levels within each department while prioritizing labor for essential functions
• Create a culture of ownership and participation, fostering a positive work environment
• Lead change management and continuous process improvement efforts in alignment with best practices
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years distribution center experience
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and structured improvement initiatives
• Proactive, highly motivated and driven leader
• Available to work second shift Monday through Friday (3 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)
