We seek someone who has strong digital media interaction skills and a passion for customer service to join our consumer services team.
We seek people who deliver:
• Effective and efficient handling of consumer via electronic communication, mail, social media, or phone calls while meeting key performance indicators.
• Accuracy of product knowledge and procedures to handle customer inquiries.
• Growth of customer retention by providing positive and professional interactions.
• Research and resolves consumer inquiries via email, chat, social media, mail or phone.
• Maintenance of detailed documentation on customer interactions.
• Regular evaluations on processes, challenges the norm, and recommends improvements.
• Communication on Fashion trends to consumer and field’s style inquiries.
• Recognition, documents, and alerts supervisor of trends in customer emails.
• Effective issue resolution techniques and follows up appropriately.
• Phone support for the call center during peak times.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• 1 year customer service, retail experience.
• Retail call center experience preferred.
• High School diploma.
• Proficiency on the computer, including excellent navigation of the internet and keyboarding skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, friendly and upbeat.
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
