We seek people who:
• Possesses strong analytical skills; assuring pay equity and compliance for all pay, increases and incentive program.
• Provide competitive research and benchmarking for benefit and compensation program data for utilization. Participates in benefits and compensation surveys and analyzes the results.
• Develop and execute communication materials; balancing compliance and appropriate messaging for intended audiences.
• Deliver strong customer service both internally and externally. Understanding the importance and sensitivity of benefits and compensation to our associates.
We seek people with these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Business Administration/Finance or Accounting or Human Resources a plus.
• 5+ years benefits or compensation experience required
• 5+ years demonstrating and utilizing strong analytical skills with both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience working with internal and external client groups and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, data requests or related tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access
• SAP experience preferred
